Manuel said he was not satisfied with the experience because there were a lot of issues and delays. It took a long time to get his vehicle back. They did not resolve the issues with the vehicle and he had to bring it back to get the work done properly. They did correct the problems, however. He was not satisfied with the repair work. Both the body work and the paint work were not acceptable but he chose not to be more specific. His vehicle was not ready when promised. They kept the vehicle for four weeks due to an insurance company delay and more work needed to be done. He was not kept informed during the repair process and he had to call to get updated, they did not call. He also was not satisfied with the communication with him for that reason. He would not recommend them due to this experience.
