Kayla said she was dissatisfied with how business was conducted. She said there were several release dates for her vehicle, but the reasons for the delay were always something different. There was an insurance company delay and an ill employee, She mentioned that one of the times, the unspecified parts was not put on or painted. She did not elaborate as to the length of the delay. She stated she was the one who had to call just to get an update. She was not satisfied with the personnel or the communication for the reasons mentioned. She would not recommend the business due to this experience.
