Spoke with Jerry. He said his overall experience with this business was okay but it was also frustrating. He had to return because they had neglected a few unspecified issues and it took them almost three weeks in total. His vehicle was delayed by a week because of the issues, which he thought was too long. These issues were taken care of in the end.
