Robert said his overall experience with the business was good, however, there was confusion, and disorganization in getting his vehicle. He left his vehicle at this business for repairs while he was away for 12 days. When he returned, he had to wait 2 more days to get his vehicle. The confusion was when the business put another vehicle that looked like his ahead of his vehicle. The business also told him there was a new manager. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated or the communication with this business for the reasons already stated.
