Spoke with Danielle. She said there had been a lot of hail damage lately and the business was quite busy. She said they seemed a little scattered because they were so busy. Her vehicle was a day or two late because they had to take her vehicle elsewhere to have something reset. The insurance company didn't want the vehicle to be brought elsewhere.
