Leslie said there was never a date promised for her vehicle to be ready but it took 29 days which is a very long time. They did find more damage to the vehicle once they got inside. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. She called them for updates on the status of her vehicle. The only time Chris called her was when the vehicle was ready. She was not satisfied with the communication. They did not provide her with clear explanations as to what they would be doing with her vehicle. She would not recommend them for the reasons previously stated. Stephanie in the office was very nice.

Leslie I am sorry that your repairs took so long and that the communication was inadequate. Sometimes when additional damage is found the repair process is impacted in a negative way. I am not sure who Chris is as Stephanie was your estimator at Crest Cadillac, I am glad that she was nice.
