"Horrible Customer Service "
Do not take your car to Crest Cadillac unless you want to be without a car for months with no explanation. Every time I called to ask for an explanation, my car was going to be ready next week and then in a few days. I would end up each time waiting again for another week until I had to call back to check in. When finally after 3 months I receive the call that my car is ready, I go to pick it up and have to wait over an hour to receive the car. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had, the worst because of the repeated failed commitments. To top off the whole experience, we get in the car and the back bummer which was not damaged in the accident is now scratched up very bad and the back rear wheel is damaged. Thanks Crest Cadillac!
