Adeel said he did not have a good experience at this business. There was no promise date. He gave them about a week but it took them 4 weeks to finish the vehicle. He only spoke with the estimator on the phone and only the insurance adjuster explained to him the estimate. He said he feels that he was basically misinformed every time and that nobody was up front or honest with him. He had to call every time to check on the vehicle to see where it was in the process. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
