Derek said he had an unusual experience. It took a long time. There was no promised time. He brought his vehicle in before Thanksgiving. He did not get his vehicle back until after New Year's day. It took a while because of the holidays. Also, they had to get a hold of the claims adjustor. He worked with Chris. The communication with him was very good. Everyone did a good job under the circumstances. Everything was fine.
