Peter said they got off to a bad start. They did not have his file and they had the wrong insurance company information. The insurance company they were trying to file the claim with was wrong so it took them three days to clear things up. There was a three day delay because of the confusion. He said he was really happy when Justin Gregory started working him. The other staff members did not seem to know what they were doing.
