Joan said this business told her that her dust and pollen filters need to be replaced. She was shown the dirty filters by this business before they replaced them. After they were done the business showed her the new filters that were going to be put in her vehicle. She thought it was odd they needed to be replaced already because her regular business she brings her vehicle to usually takes care of that when it is needed and she doesn't normally bring her vehicle to this business. She said she felt as though the filter they replaced with her filters were not new or this business just washed off her filters and charged her for new filters anyway. She would not elaborate any further on this issue. She would not recommend this business to others because of the previously stated issues.
