I am the owner and would first of all like to thank you for your feedback. As I mentioned in our phone conversation, as a result of your State Inspection in Nov 2014, we replaced the rear rotors and installed the brake pads that you provided. As is customary, we warranty our workmanship and the parts we provide. We do not warranty customer supplied parts (in this case only the brake pads). At the time of the Inspection, the calipers were functioning properly. When you returned in May 2015, the driver rear caliper had stopped working causing your brake pads on the driver's side to wear down. Your vehicle has over 180,000 miles. Eventually parts break down (ie. caliper) and need to be replaced.
