Even though they were busy, they still gave fantastic customer service and made sure that my car was inspected as quickly as possible. Not that a wait is a bad thing at Cutshaw since their lounge is awesome with coffee, wifi, a charging station, and tv if you want it. I was even asked if the lounge was warm enough since it was a brisk November day. Low pressure, high service kind of place. Now that I have found them, I won't go anywhere else.
