Friendly and fast.
I've been here twice, once for an oil change and state inspection and once for a thermostat replacement. As a woman with relatively limited knowledge of car maintenance, I didn't feel uneasy here at all. I was treated with respect and got great customer service from Domingo. I was a walk-in for my thermostat issue and they took my car right in for a diagnostic check when I got there. I will definitely be returning for my future car needs.
