They stand behind the work
Darrells firestone stands behind their work, even when the new parts used in the repair don't perform as expected. That happened to me. A new Strut failed after driving on it for a few months. They quickly identified the problem, ordered a replacement part, and had it installed on my vehicle before my complimentary cup of coffee was finished. I'd gladly recommend them to family & friends.
