ABSOLUTELY NEVER buy here!!!!
Your dealership has no ethics or character!!!
Your dealership was in negotiations with me in what I thought was good faith and I found out on my own (by accident-sharing the listing that I thought was my new car with a relative) that the car had been sold out from under me. I had to text you and ask where the car was to find out it had been sold. You would think the dealership would have had the common courtesy and decency to have notified me. I kept waiting for your "Star" Salesmen to contact me with information I wanted verified before I closed the purchase. If the first salesman hadn’t completely dropped the ball with his incompetence and no communication. I would have purchased the car weeks ago. But I was reassured this “star” salesman would right the wrongs. NOT!!!! I should have heeded the negative reviews. So don’t make the same mistake I made. It was a complete waste of my energy and time. That could've been spent on REAL efforts. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. The only reason I'm even writing this is so other prospective customers know not to buy at this dealership. That has absolutely zero Customer service. Followed by pseudo customer service and then followed by a complete customer screw over. I will be leaving a comprehensive negative review of this dealership on every website I can. Perspective customer: Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!
