I am sorry for your feeling. You are obviosly aware of your major oil leak. I pulled your invoice and it states clearly there is a large oil leak and the engine would have to be cleaned in order to find the exact source and ther would be a charge for that its not free with your oil change. You were already having an oil change so we would not reccomend that as you indicated.
In addition we looked up your history and it appears you have been to us 1 other time for oil change back in January 2012 which we provided an extensive list of items needed then and you never returned to us. And now you are here for oil change in September 2014. Based on your history it appears you are not a regular customer here and you have no intention of following our reccomendations and you just want an oil change. That is not the relationship we are looking for with our customers. We are looking to work with them on all their auto repair not just provide a cheap oil change. We are a complete auto repair facility not a Jiffy lube And when we take our time and cost involved to provide you an estimate it may be free to you but its not free to us.
We thank you for your business and we apologize for any confusion. We are glad the repair we did for your A/C was at an excellent price for you and is working well. The rear A/C is in fact a seperate system and we would be happy to provide the same excellent pricing for you to any thing needed here as well. If you would like to bring it in we would be happy to provide an inspection of the system to diagnose the problem and what the cost would be for you at no charge if you like. This has at a minimum of a $100.00 value off diagnosis. We again thank you for your business.
