I brought my car for an oil change, as I have in the past and had a wiper blade that my husband had purchased to be installed. When I picked my car up, they tried to sell me new tires (which they always do, even though I had my tires checked and recently rotated at the dealer) and told me some other parts needed to be replaced. They quoted me $198 to do the service. I declined and picked up my car and left the business. It was raining, and my wiper blade was worse than before I dropped my car off! I returned to the store, and asked the guy what was up with my "new" wiper blade. He told me that the one I had brought was dried out and in bad shape, but they installed it on my car anyway and didn't even tell me about it! I then had to PURCHASE another wiper blade from them so I could see to drive home. I got my car fixed the next day at Deerfield Marathon (who I highly recommend) for $50 less than what I was quoted at Deerfield Tire, and they even performed some additional maintenance. They checked my tires and said the tread is good enough through the summer. When I need new tires or an oil change I will not be returning to Deerfield Tire.
