The service was great and very friendly, which I appreciated. I loved being able to call to schedule an oil change the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, despite how busy it was everywhere else. However, I did not appreciate the quote for top of the line tires to replace my old ones (which I badly needed), especially since I was making a road trip with my car the same weekend. I understand the upsell to someone they thought was going to have no other option but to take the offer, but certainly did not appreciate it.
