After having the Yukon looked at and checking with another mechanic that has done the majority of our work for us the last several years. a repair that was quoted of 800.00 dollars was done for 400.00 by our regular mechanic.. the work was done and the repairs successful. up charging an additional 400.00 dollars will make this our first visit and last.

Thank you for the feedback and your time. After reviewing your estimates, the total would have come to $568.84. We only use top quality new parts (in this case OE parts to avoid any problems - aftermarket water pumps have been a problem) We certainly apologize for any miscommunication on our part. Any errors on charges would have been corrected before vehicle was paid for. Again, we apologize for not making the estimate more clear and explaining why we use the parts that we do. Thanks again for your input and we hope you will give us another chance in the future.
