Super-friendly and extremely accommodating.
I brought my car in for something I knew was going to be complex, but they did everything right. They don't try to use hard-sell tactics, and they do whatever they can to make you feel at ease. Of course, there were unforeseen complications, and they needed the car for a few more days and more money. But instead of just giving me lip service about how sorry they were about it not being priced as quoted, they got me a rental car they paid for out of their own pockets! And it wasn't an old economy car, but a 2013 Charger! They finished beautifully and worked out a payment plan with me because of the unforeseen expenses. I will never take my car anywhere else again!
