They messed up but made it right
The previous time I had service done my brake light was on and I was loosing brake fluid. It turns out that the brake master cylinder had to be replaced. I also had the brake pads replaced. The total was over $3500. It turns out the mechanic didn’t tighten the bolt on one of the calipers. The right tire locked up while I was driving. I do want to say that Brian the office manager was great. He happened to be at the shop on the Saturday the car was towed there. He took care of the towing charge and drove me right to the rental company to get a car. He also gave me a $200 credit. Brian went above and beyond and that is what puts DCC above the rest. Sometimes things happen. It’s what you do to rectify the situation and make it right that counts.
