"Suburban"
Doc's has been doing auto work for me for several years. Never had to go back about a repair, always a fair honest price, very knowledgable staff.

Jennifer said the staff provides excellent customer service. She's pleased with the quality of work being done and the honesty of the employees. The manager genuinely cares about the customers. He goes above and beyond to take care of the customers. If he has the extra time and there's something wrong he makes sure that he will take care of it free of charge. He gives her advice regarding the vehicle's maintenance and up keep.

Dan said the people at this business were great. He was given an original estimate which was good but they kept calling him back with more things that needed to be done. They kept adding things to the price, which he wasn't impressed with. Other than that, the service was good.

"Great Service"
First the service was very prompt. I could not expect them to complete any faster. Second they gave a quote which in the end was a bit less. They told me that when they started the work they realized it was an issue of a loose part and only needed tightening. It was such a pleasure to have such an experience of an honest auto repair especially since we all hear so much bad press about repair services.
