Spoke with Victoria. She said she had to keep her rental vehicle for one more day. She took her vehicle in for its 30,000 mile checkup. She went back and the part was not yet ordered. The business scrambled to get the part and she had to wait one extra day for her vehicle's paint to bake. She was not present when the estimate was prepared.
