Kelly said the customer service and the workmanship were good. The vehicle was delayed over the weekend and they did not inform her about the delay. She does not know why the vehicle was late. She said there was a lot of damage to the vehicle. The business did not keep her updated about the status of the repair. She said it would have been better if the business had called to let her know the vehicle would not be ready on Friday.
