Jodi said the communication was not good because when she spoke with the person in the office he did not give her complete information. Her vehicle was ready a month late because of a parts delay and issues with the communication. She was told they had the parts, even though there was a parts delay. She was satisfied with the work. She said she probably would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
