Ronald said the repair was 2 weeks more than they'd said, and every time he tried to get a hold of someone, they didn't call him back. Instead of 15 days it took 30 days. He stated he didn't think on the 1st estimate this business got it all, they hadn't planned it out, and didn't realize they'd have to order more things. He chose not to elaborate. It was postponed multiple times. He'd leave messages and they never called back. They weren't rude. They just didn't return his calls. He probably wouldn't recommend this business just because of the way things went wrong, not having it done on time, and not getting called back.
