Brandy said the gentleman that helped her was phenomenal. He had great customer service skills and he was very helpful. She said she wishes they had polished the other headlight because it is very dim compared to the one they replaced. She was not told when she should expect the vehicle to be ready. The part they ordered didn't fit and they had to re-order it. She said she thought the other party would have to cover the bill, but it didn't work out that way and she had to pay. This business was good. Their attitude was good and it helped her through the situtation.
