Nick said the quality of the repair was great. He stated his vehicle was ready about five days later than the original promise time because the person that was working on it was sick. He added he was not kept informed well because the person that was supposed to inform him was sick and no one told him that person was sick. He mentioned he was absolutely satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel. He said Ray and Todd were stellar and they deserve some recognition.
