Took our '07 Lexus in to check out what we were feeling in the ride of the car - thinking shocks & struts replacement. The team did a thorough review of the car, including pictures. Turns out the issue was control arms which I would not have known. The point is, they know their stuff here, do a thorough job, provide updates, pictures, explanations, and took time to discuss our specific situation. And they want you to drive away a satisfied customer - which we did. We very much appreciate the great service, attention to us, time taken to help us understand the current state of our car. After clear information and recommendations, their quality work got us on the road again in time for our trip.
