Alexander said he went to the business and gave them the estimate for the cost of parts. He said he was given an appointment for 25 days later. When he called them they had lost his information. He said by the time of the appointment they had found the information and from that time on everything was good. He would recommend this business to others, but he would tell them to get the name of the representative receiving the paperwork so they could refer to them when the work begins.
