Tommy said he rated a 4 for his overall experience because it took them a long time to fix his vehicle. There was no promised time given for when his vehicle would be ready. But they took a week to find where the noise was coming from. They had his vehicle for about 2 months because there was a miscommunication issue between them and the insurance company. It was a great pleasure working with Karen. She was very nice.
