Glendora said she needs to take the vehicle into this business again because the bumper needs to be repaired. It should have been fixed the first time her vehicle was at this business because she could see that it needed to be fixed. This business told her to pick up her vehicle and rushed her to pick it up and when she did she saw that the repairs were not finished. Glendora was not satisfied with the quality because it was not only incomplete but this business did not use original parts on her vehicle. This should have been explained to her before this business used those parts. She does not know if it is this business or the insurance that chose to not use original parts but she was not happy. The vehicle was ready before promised but the repair was not completed. This business kept Glendora informed by calling her on many different occasions such as when they were ordering a part or telling her in what part of the process her vehicle was. Glendora was not satisfied with the communication because she is still waiting on a call from them about doing more repairs. She would not recommend this business to others because she said she does not feel that she should go and pay for something and not have it completed.
