Dublin Hyundai has excellent customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and efficient, taking great care to explain everything. One problem was there was a bubble on one of my tires. Since they did not have the size on stock, they had to order one. Tire was due to arrive at noon. I brought my car in for service at 7am. There was nothing else to do in the area so I drove my car home after all the other service was done at around 10:15. I returned for a 2pm appointment for the tire. Car was ready at 3:15pm. Since the tire was not in stock, I spent 4.5 hours at the dealership. This didn't include 30 minutes commute each way, twice. Search for a closer dealership might be possible.

Thank you for the great 5 star review. I do apologize that we did not have the tire in stock that morning, but happy to hear that we got it within a few hours. We normally have that tire in stock, but it was recently purchased causing the delay on the replacement for your vehicle. I'm happy to hear that your were well treated.
