Yvonne said this business is always very accommodating with her. When she has an issue with her vehicle they will always take her in and complete the work very rapidly. She has never had a problem with her vehicle after they have repaired it.

"Service to 1996 Toyota Camry"
All service was done in a timely manner as promised. They communicated to me about repairs or service needed and the cost before proceeding. I am very satisfied with the service I receive on all my vehicles at the Castro Valley Union 76 and the whole crew there are a pleasure to work with.

James said everyone was friendly. However, he would not recommend them because they took longer than normal. It took them 35 minutes to complete an oil change, which is ridiculous.

"Excellent customer service "
The staff is very knowledgable and professional. As a woman I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of because of lack of automotive knowledge because they take the time to really explain the repair work needed and what my options are. Highly recommend.

"Needed New Battery"
My battery was completely dead when I tried to leave work and I needed AAA to give me a jump. I drove straight to the CV 76 Station as they have serviced my other cars before. They used two different testers to verify that it was just the battery and replaced it immediately. I was afraid I would have to leave it as I showed up around 5pm and they had numerous jobs underway. But they jumped on it right away and I drove it home 30 minutes later. I trust both Jack and Jay with my cars, it's nice to have a local station you can count on.
