I have been bringing my 2013 Sonata to this dealership for every oil change. Your prices are OK, and your push to upsell service is understandable...however, what keeps me coming back here for basic service is your personnel. There was a gentleman named Louie who was excellent. I believe he is gone now, but Charles Holloway has replaced him as my favorite service agent. Every time, the attitude and professionalism and good humor has shone through him. As with all transactions, you buy the salesman, not the product. Charles' personality is one you need to duplicate at this dealership. Perfect-10 every time!
