Great service
Charles was fantastic. Made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Still trying to understand why the dealership has failed to list my oil changes as free since we purchased the service agreement. This has been ongoing for 15 months and they have failed to resolve the situation. It is a finance dept error. I have spoken to them and they say each time it will be fixed the next time. It has not been fixed, yet.
