Slow Service
It took over 1 1/2 hours to have my oil changed and they were not busy at all?? Also, this was the first time any of my vehicles were retuned without being washed. In the past we have received excellent service, which is why we continued to purchase Hyundai's.

I deeply apologize for the wait time for your service. We strive to have our quick services such as an oil change to be completed in less than an hour for the customer's convenience. On occasion we do have one slip through the cracks. As you mentioned above that in the past you have had excellent service and I want to assure that this was a one time situation and hope to see you soon so you can carry on enjoying the excellent service that you have received in the past.
