The sales department, showroom and cleanliness
I have came to that dealership a couple times for concerns about my 15 Elantra, I am concerned for the roughness of the ride and my Ac, my vehicle bounces while going down the road. My Ac takes 30 minutes to cool while on 3. I have to keep it on 3 to keep my vehicle cold inside. Every time I have came in the have kept my car for an hour and said there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. As myself I am in the automotive business at a dealership and know the routines and warranty aspect of service, I am very disappointed with my service dept. I would recommend this dealership to a friend to purchase a vehicle. Probably not for service, I was also told the service manager would have been in this second visit for my concerns, he was not present
