Spoke with Barb. She said she appreciates this business fixing her vehicle. She did not understand why they had to unplug the wire from under her headlight. She was not happy with the parking lot being so muddy. The dirt was tracked into her home.

"Friendly, First name basis."
Rob and Dan have worked on my cars for years. I have been happy with the service and timing of the jobs they have done for me.
I will work with EAC as long as they are in business. Like their cups say , I have chosen my mechanic.

"check up"
I called to make an appointment about getin my ride checked up do to a coolent leak. They call me later that day to tell me about something not related and didn't check the leak??? The other times we have gone here was fine not sure why this time they didn't have a clue? I will think twice before I take my ride back tnere.
