Greg, we are very sorry to hear your visit was not up to our high standards. Although we stock a wide array of parts, we are unable to stock everything, this is why our parts supplier delivers to us within a half hour so if we need something the wait is minimal, also we are very fair with our pricing, while other places may be cheaper we stand behind our work with a rock solid warranty. Please provide us more info on your issues so we can take care of them for you ASAP. Thank you Paul Emerald automotive
