I am also a previous employee of Emerald Automotive. I tell anyone I know not to bring their vehicles here. I have witnessed terribly shady business and innocent customers being ripped off. I, too, have not been paid along with the last 4 employees that I know of. I have had to file a report for non payment of wages as Emerald believes it is acceptable to fail to reply to numerous emails. This place will bring you in, talk you up to everyone and then throw you out when they feel they have found someone better. Take a look at their BBB reviews and other public reviews! Beware!!! My advice would to be to stay far, far away if you don't want to be ripped off. I can attest that EVERY previous employee will tell you the same. I had to do things I absolutely did not agree with, including being left in the office when a poor 89 year old lady was forced to sign over the title to her car AND pay Emerald $500 for ripping apart her vehicle with no authorization. I am positive they will come back with some absurd reason for this which is completely false and say something about my employment. I assure you it is untrue. You will bust your butt there and they will try to not pay you as they did me. Not this time, buddy. I was also screwed out of a day of salary pay that had to be given to me due to my son being ill. They tried to tell me it was legal to cut my pay...until I contacted a lawyer. If a company treats their employees this way, think of what they will do to your vehicle and all that we have witnessed.
