Friendly, knowledgable, will stick to solve problem
My passengers side rear door would not lock. I figured out how to manuer the doors to finally lock it. I called Emile's and spoke with Peter. He said check the manual and see if a fuse was causing inoperation. Yes there is a fuse that controls all the doors. Peter was out to save me money. I figured that if the other 3 doors worked that is was beyond a fuse. When I brought the car in for routine service then checked the door. The door latch is broken. They will order the part and it will be in next week. Emile will get Easy Care my extended warranty company to pay for the door latch. I am very satisfied with Emile's. I feel like one of the family. I have been going to Emile's for years and will continue to do so.
