First, your comment is very misleading. it says that you brought a customers car here for repairs and that it took too long and there was little communication. Initally, we got a call that a car was being towed in to us under an isurance claim with gieco. Towed in cars that are not on the schedule are worked in when time allows. We contacted geico and the owner of the vehicle and stayed in contact with them as approvals and estimates for repairs were done. I dont believe that this post is fromthe customer. The vehicle has been completed and the owner contacted for pick up since las friday. We have done our best to accommadate all the parties .
