Florence said they took too long. She had to have them repaint her vehicle because she did not like how it was done and it cost her a lot of money. Once they repainted it she was satisfied with the quality of the repairs. It took longer than promised due to a parts delay. She does not recall how late it was. She was not kept adequately informed. They would call the day it was supposed to be ready and say it was not. If the person who did the estimate did it right the parts should have come in on time. They were also supposed to contact her insurance company, but they did not. She would not recommend this business for these reasons.
