Agnes said she rated her overall experience with the business a 4 instead of a 5 because there is always room for improvement. The business did not necessarily blow her socks off, but they were not awful and she rarely gives a 5 out of 5 on anything. Her vehicle was ready 1 and a half weeks later than promised because the business was waiting on parts and the insurance check from the insurance company to pay for the repairs. She chose this business because of a referral from one of her service men at SF Honda.
