Timothy said this business was not responsive. When he went to pick up his vehicle, there were scratches on the body even on a new part that they had installed. On the front bumper there was a hole where they forgot to install an LED light which took an additional four hours. He paid extra to have them fix the rear bumper but there are still scratches on it. About a week before the scheduled repairs, he took his vehicle in and the person completed the estimate and they did a super lazy job. They really did not look into the damage and took pictures with their cell phone. About two weeks ago he received an email asking how everything was. He emailed Trisha with his concerns and has not heard from them.
