Noah said his vehicle was dirty when they returned it and he had asked to have it detailed, but they did not detail all of the vehicle. There are still some stains on the vehicle. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. There are some blemishes and marks on the hood. He would like the issue to be resolved. His vehicle was not ready when promised. He said it took one month to get his vehicle back because there was a parts delay. He said most of the communication was good, but he had to call for updates and the insurance company had to call for updates as well.
