Katie said they did a very good job on her vehicle, but were very slow at doing it. She has requested 3 times for them to send to her an email containing a breakdown of all the work and parts from the repair and so far they have not sent her anything. There never was a solid date given to her, they would tell her it should be done on a certain day, but then it would not be and when she would ask why not they never were very clear as to why. When she would call them they gave her the information on her vehicle, but she had to call them to get it. If the business would have called her she would have been better satisfied with their communication
