Jaime said the business did not have the expertise to give him a realistic timeline of completion. There was a two month delay on his vehicle because they told him they needed to order the parts and also that the parts were not there. He felt like the business did not know what they were doing and they would keep changing the story when he would call them. The estimate kept climbing throughout his service, He had to keep calling them to find out the status of his vehicle. He would recommend this business because they were nice.
